WHY IS IT NECESSARY TO HAVE TOUCHPROTECTION DOCUMENTATION ?
To prove the revision has been completed,must be proved by documents certifying the revision. This certificate must be signed by the person that completed the revision. He takes all responsibilities for all statements in these documents prepared by him. This is not only in the interest of the customer to have proper and correct documentation, but it is also in the best interest of the professional revisor because he is responsible for this document.
WHAT DOES IT CONTAIN THE TOUCHPROTECTION DOCUMENTATION ?
Basic facts: customer, address, date,limit of revision, factory number of equipment,time of calibration, revisor’s name, and his certificate’s number as well. Description of type of revision: What rules,regulations were followed, and which standards were followed,upon which the revision was completed.It should also contain touchprotection methods,comments, notes,possible errors, and last but not least the certification of touchprotecion qualifications.
For each and every touchprotection method there is a need for a different revision method. In case of a wall connection base page a loop resistance measurement exam could be used, buti f they have used an ( F relay ) switch than in its qualification paper they have to use at least 2 different parts.

FIREPROTECTION QUALIFICATION DOCUMENT: OFFICIAL ENTITLEMENT: STRONG CURRENCY ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENTS’ PERIODIC REVISION. FREQUENCY: EVERY 3,6 YEARS.
LIGHTENING PROTECTION QUALIFICATION DOCUMENT: FREQUENCY 3,6 YEARS.
EPH SYSTEM PERIODIC REVISION : 3,6 YEARS IT IS PART OF THE TOUCHPROTECTION PROCESS.
EPH REVISION FOR GAS LINKAGE: PRIOR TO STARTUP.
WHAT IS EPH ?

The qualifying documents are done in two original copies,and in each case these copies contain the measurement points int he form of tablets,and in order to help the easy system setup, it also has individual serial numbers. The qualification certificates are handed over at the place of the customers’ headquarters, or we mail it to the customers.
